So this place is FABULOUS and where I first saw the Coyote!
According to their site, “Though we are not a themed Restaurant/Supper Club, you can get that feeling the moment you enter the front door as we proudly display, almost entirely, a gorgeously framed collection of Marcus Pierson’s “Limited Edition” Blue Coyote prints, sprinkled with a handful of his extraordinary sculptures. This incredible collection, secured exclusively thru The Chase Group out of Chicago, not only inspired our name and décor, but is also available for purchase, each with it’s own numbered and signed Certificate of Authenticity.
The prints and sculptures are unusually captivating and every piece tells a story, making for great conversation among the guests and their friends. Typically, as the art sells, it’s normally replaced with the most recent “Limited Edition” print.

The Blue Coyote
In addition to the Fine Art, all the strategically placed reproduction Tiffany style lamps are available for purchase as well, helping create an occasional, almost undetectable change in scenery.”
On top of the art the service was SUPER good - a real must see!

“A sea of admiring eyes, a river of flowering words spoken by would-be suitors, the burden of too much choice – this she must bear. If she had never laid eyes on me her life would still have been rich, for she was born a King Maker. Difficult to impress, disdainful of false praise or modesty, so keenly aware of the heights I could reach if I truly set my mind to it. She is both the storm and the shelter from it, the sentencing judge and the ‘get out of jail free’ card, a stiff kick on my backside and a comforting smile of understanding. A life all on her own or with some other fella would be full and proud, but lucky me – I hold the key, I wear the crown.” Markus Pierson

“Staying past the sunset, past the end of the evening, on into the night and its’ many mysteries. She is strong, very, and unafraid to face those mysteries. She looks out across her horizon. She has but one wish; for love to rain down upon her, to cover her completely and hold fast, to stay strong over time…and I will. There is no mystery there.” Markus Pierson

“Like everyone else I was told my future had no limit. While it was true for some, for myself - I knew better. So instead I simply set out to find it. And once I had, to push against it and try my best to move it. More like a bull than an eagle, just stubbornly plodding along. Looking back now, I can’t believe what I’ve done, where I’ve been. So I say to you these two simple words; not no limit - but KNOW LIMIT.” Markus Pierson

Collection of the Artist
This is my ABSOLUTE favorite piece of art of ALL time! I was fortunate enough to get the book from the ”Markus Pierson - Know Limit (The Albrecht-kemper Museum of Art)” show. It is wonderful and has a bunch of fun information about the exhibit.
The Back Story
I am in love - I know I am married and can’t fall in love all willy-nilly, but is okay, Markus Pierson doesn’t know I exsist! Here is how it happened - I was out teaching one night and the location was The Blue Coyote - a FABULOUS social club in Fort Myers which features the works of Markus Pierson.
I looked across the room and saw my new love - The Coyote! My absolute favorite piece that I have seen so far is “Know Limit” which sparked this website!
WOW! So I decided to find out how to get some of his stuff. Well, come to find out Markus Pierson is an Artist Artist who has orginal works and then really high end prints only (I found a couple of posters available but I like the concept of waiting to buy a really good piece of art instead of having just “stuff”). The one that I like is $6,000 - sigh. I will be saving up to get some prints and will ultimately own KNOW LIMIT someday - mark my words!!!
